Q: How do I book a lab?
To book a lab, please click here to complete a course request form. Please email or fax the form to (858) 866-0760. Once the form is received, you will receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours. To accept the quote and reserve a date, please sign and return the quote along with a 50% deposit.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
In order to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience, we ask that you book at least two weeks in advance, however, the earlier you book, the more likely that the requested date will be available.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, VISA, MC, and American Express.
Q: What type of c-arms are available?
At Pacific American, we pride ourselves on providing the latest technology and equipment for our customers. We offer current model GE 9900 C-Arms.
Q: Can I supply my own tissue?
You are welcome to provide your own tissue, there will be a $150 handling fee per specimen. Additionally, we have relationships with several tissue suppliers and are happy to handle the arraignments on your behalf.
Q: Do you have scrubs?
Yes, we have men’s and women’s sizes available. (XS-XXXL)
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
If an event is canceled within 75 days prior to the scheduled date, 100% of your deposit will be returned. If an event is canceled within 60 days prior to the scheduled date, 75% of your deposit will be returned, and the remaining 25% will be applied to a lab booked within the same year. If an event is canceled within 30 days prior to the scheduled date, 50% of your deposit will be returned, and the remaining 50% will be applied to a lab booked within the same year. If an event is canceled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, your deposit will not be returned, but will be applied to a lab booked within the same year.
Q: How far is the Life Science Learning Center from the San Diego Airport?

Q: Do you offer hospitality services?
Yes! Pacific American can book your hotel, flight, and any other travel arrangements. We can also set up any sightseeing you would like to do. Click here to learn more about what San Diego has to offer!
Q: What hotels are nearby?
There are several nice hotels within minutes of our facility, below are a few we recommend. We have preferred pricing with the Embassy Suites, please mention that you are hosting an event at Pacific Americanʼs Life Science Learning Center when booking your rooms.
